What is Suspension Training?
Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX® Suspension Trainer™, a highly functional performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to enable hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal.

TRX Circuit Training – Participants perform the exercises together, but not in a synchronized manner. Each individual chooses a pace and difficulty at the upper edge of his or her ability and strives to maintain it throughout the set. This class is driven by the clock and by verbal cueing of the instructor, with music used only to set the background mood.
TRX Body Blast - Driven by the beat of the music movement of the group share a coordinated tempo and are preformed together in approximate synchronization. This class is driven by the beat of the music with transitions being signaled by the class leader.

- Wednesday 9:15am: TRX Circuit Training
- Thursday 8:00am: TRX Circuit Training
- Thursday 5:00pm: TRX Circuit Training
