We all know it’s best to have a healthy snack after working out. Studies have shown that eating a small meal of protein and healthy carbs helps increase the benefits of your workout and speeds up the fat loss process. So what’s your favorite post workout meal?











My fav post-workout meal is half of a PB&J on wheat and a glass of 2%. It’s like dessert and good for you!! I read that low-fat milk (skim, 1%, 2%) actually helps restore the body after a workout better than most of those drinks. Peanut butter is also great for you, in the proper amounts. I’m not to sure about jelly, but hey!! it tastes good
