		<description>My fav post-workout meal is half of a PB&amp;J on wheat and a glass of 2%. It&#039;s like dessert and good for you!! I read that low-fat milk (skim, 1%, 2%) actually helps restore the body after a workout better than most of those drinks. Peanut butter is also great for you, in the proper amounts. I&#039;m not to sure about jelly, but hey!! it tastes good :)</description>
